About Allison

Allison Lipsman is a dynamic, empathic leader who is established across the Chicago region as a successful, creative, and responsive social sector professional.

Allison has a robust track record of setting and exceeding ambitious multi-million dollar annual revenue and wide-reaching external relations goals, motivating and coaching staff, and helping to smoothly lead organizations through critical strategic moments.

In addition to direct fundraising success, Allison is skilled at expanding an organization’s visibility, reach, and overall prominence. But above all, Allison loves bringing together leaders to examine challenges and areas for growth and together, establish clear action plans for success.
